This property is approximately 5 miles east of Concordia and 2 miles west of Emma. It is a 1 1/2 story home with 40 active solar panels that help reduce energy costs greatly, a 30x50 shop built in 2008 with a large sized loft, the shop has a fully functional wood stove to stay warm during those cold days, a fully stocked personal pond (catfish, bluegill, and bass), all-electric with 400 amp service, a creek that runs across the property, and a low water crossing.
