Welcome to History. This Farmhouse is very convenient to Ingles and Downtown Hartwell. A large front porch is perfect for watching the world go by through the Pecan groves. (I counted 9 trees in the front yard alone, all bearing nuts.) A large livingroom welcomes you in with a faux coffered ceiling, masonry fireplace with bookcases on either side and the original hardwood floor.
