Details
Rainbow Valley is an area between Divide and Cripple Creek with a rich history dating back to the 1870s. The terrain is mountainous covered in Pine and Aspen trees along the Gold Belt route to Cripple Creek. Wildlife is abundant in the area and many people have made this their full time home along with others who have vacation homes in the area. Water for the area can be provided by the Rainbow Valley water district as wells are not allowed. Most homes have a cistern that is filled regularly by the water district. This is a hill side lot that would be perfect for a home with a walkout and a balcony overlooking the mountains and vistas in the area. There is an active permit for a driveway from Pikes Peak Drive and the lot meets Lupine Court at the top. Come and make this your Colorado Get-away.
