Three (3) major wings originally built in 1926 concrete block masonry structure with stucco side and flat roof.Heated by steam boiler with oil, fire and radiator and air condition via central and various A/C units. Foundation is a concrete slab. The first building was built in 1926. The second wing is a 192 era still fabrication Butler building; it is heated by force air natural gas units in the ceiling. The third building/wing was built in approximately 1963 it is also concrete block masonry on a slab with peaked shingle roof. This wing by two (2) forced hot air, oil-fired furnaces. All buildings are 1.5 stories high with varies levels and lofts in partial areas.
